Peugeot 407 Coupe

Peugeot sought to recreate the visual impact of the popular and beautiful 406 Coupe with the new 407 Coupe. Some think the overhangs are a little excessive, but in the metal rather than photographs, it is a striking machine and draws plenty of glances. Dimensionally it is larger than the Saloon, allowing a sleek shape, without sacrificing interior space, and this coupe will genuinely seat four adults. It's also well equipped and makes a fine companion on a long distance trip where it puts in an impressive performance as a grand tourer.

V6, GT, S, SE, HDI

There are three levels of trim, S, SE and GT. The S level is offered only with the 2.2-litre engine. It is equipped with 17-inch alloys, xenon headlights, CD player, Bluetooth telephone kit, electro-chrome rear view mirror, cruise control, dual zone climate control, trip computer, tyre pressure sensors, automatic headlights, automatic wipers, rear parking sensors and electric windows and mirrors. The SE model adds leather upholstery, a six-disc autochanger and uprated stereo, electric heated seats, front parking sensors, 18 inch alloys and directional headlights. The GT pack, which is only available with a V6 engine adds colour satellite navigation, leather dash and door panels and MP3 compatible stereo.
