Mini One Convertible

If there's one thing guaranteed to make a popular car more popular still, lopping off its roof is a sure fire bet. Unlike the old Mini which had a pram like contraption it called a roof this new model gets a two-stage work of engineering art. And if you don't fancy the full convertible mode, then it can be partially retracted at the touch of a button. A range of new colours are available and there's more scope to customise the interior than before.

15-inch steel wheels, ABS, electronic brake distribution, front and side driver and passenger airbags, three-point safety belts with pretensioners, body coloured bumpers, chrome door handles, cloth upholstery, digital clock, height adjustable driver's seat, rake adjustable steering wheel, 50/50 split folding rear seats, remote central locking, immobiliser, six speaker radio, electric front windows and wing mirrors. Options include automatic stability control, electric panoramic sunroof, on-board computer, interior silver trim, white or 16-inch alloy wheels, six-disc CD changer, Mini Disc system, xenon headlights, multifunction steering wheel, and satellite navigation. The Salt option package adds a silver trim, floor mats, rear passenger cargo nets, halogen front foglamps, interior lights package, passenger seat height adjustment and a rev counter.
