Maserati Spyder

A new 4.2 V8 made its first appearance in the Spyder and it’s as driveable as it is very fast. The power arrives smoothly and throttle response is beautifully consistent. An F1-style paddle-shift gearbox is an option in place of the conventional six-speed transmission, and is the better choice.

The major decisions for UK buyers will be whether to order the car with a conventional gearlever or with the paddle-shift option. We would recommend the latter. Standard items of equipment include an electric-folding hood, leather interior, powered seats, air-conditioning and an information centre and colour screen.
