Kia Sportage

Only the name remains from the previous Sportage, the new model is roomy, comfortable, robust and offers permanent four-wheel drive. It can compete with the latest generation of soft-roaders on ability, but is offered at a price to tempt drivers away from mainstream hatchbacks. Like its bigger brother, the Kia Sorento, the Sportage is a confident and capable effort from Kia in a growing sector of the market.

XE, XS, V6, CRDI

Base XE models get six airbags, CD/MP3/radio, air conditioning, electric windows, electric mirrors, automatic headlights, traction control, 16-inch alloys, remote central locking and alarm, front fog-lights, two 12V power outlets, roof rails, six airbags and 60:40 split/folding rear seats. XS models add automatic climate control in lieu of basic air conditioning, cruise control, ESP, privacy glass, leather seats, heated front seats, a trip computer, electric sunroof, heated door mirrors and auto-dimming rear-view mirror with an integrated compass.
